The book  titled "The Shining Star of the 21st Century: Organization of Turkic States", exclusively dedicated to the 10th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States held on November 3, 2023 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, was published by the Directorate of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye:

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wrote the introduction to the book, which presents Türkiye's relations with the member states of the Organisation of Turkic States, which have been riveted by ties of friendship and brotherhood from past to present, in many fields ranging from economy to culture, transportation to energy, health to education, media to science and technology.
