Graduated from Antalya Gazi High School and Marmara University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. Masters Degree on Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Sabancı University. Worked as a Teaching Assistant at Sabancı University in 2004-2006. Began to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye in 2008 as a Candidate Professional Officer at the Diplomatic Academy. Designated as the Candidate Professional Officer at the Directorate General of Protocol, Official Visits, Ceremonies and Messages of the MFA in 2008-2009, served as Attaché, Third Secretary and Second Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Islamabad. In 2011, appointed to the Turkish Embassy in Washington D.C.. In 2012, worked as Second Secretary at the Deputy Under-Secretariat on General Political Affairs and at the Deputy Directorate General on European Countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye. Ersin AYDOĞAN

Graduated from Çağrıbey Anatolian High School and Middle East Technical University, Department of International Relations. Began to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye in 2009 as a Candidate Professional Officer at the Diplomatic Academy. Designated as the Candidate Professional Officer at the Directorate General for Consular Affairs of the MFA in 2010, served as Candidate Officer and Third Secretary at the Special Advisory Office to the Minister between 2010-2011 and Third Secretary at the Directorate General of Research. Worked as Second Secretary at the Embassy of Türkiye in Jakarta between 2012-2014 and Turkish Embassy in Washington D.C between 2014-2017. After serving as First Secretary at the Turkish Embassy in Pretoria between 2017-2018, returned to Ankara and started to work at Directorate General for Economic Affairs (West and Central Europe). Shokirjon RAKHMATOV

Graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Faculty of International Law, holding LLB and LLM degrees. Completed Master of Public Policy at KDI School of Public Policy and Management, Republic of Korea. Between 2009-2011 served as a legal consultant in private companies. In 2011 started his diplomatic carrier in the Treaty-Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2018, promoted to Head of Bilateral Treaties Division of the Treaty-Law Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Yerzhan A. MUSTAFIN

Yerzhan A. MUSTAFIN

Gratuated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, the Faculty of Oriental Studies. Holds a Master’s degree on International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2007 made internships as the World history teacher at the Arts gymnasium (school) No. 138 in Almaty and as the correspondent at the “Qazaqstan” Republic TV in Astana. Started diplomatic career in 2008 as the Attaché of the Information Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. From 2009 to 2013 served as the 3rd, the 2nd and the 1st Secretary of the Committee for International information of the MFA of Kazakhstan. Between 2013-2016 was the 1st Secretary for political and economic affairs at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ashgabat. After working as the Deputy Press Secretary of the MFA of Kazakhstan from 2016 to 2018, served as the 1st Secretary for consular and media affairs at the Kazakh Embassy in Bern from 2018 to 2020. Having returned to Kazakhstan, used to be the member of the Secretariat of the Kazakh MFA’s Response Center for COVID-19 issues from March to October 2020, where he was awarded the “Halyk Algysy” (“People’s Gratitude”) state medal, and onwards headed the Secretariat by April 2021. From April 2021 to January 2022 worked as the Counselor of the Strategic Planning Division at the Kazakh MFA. Dastan URMANBETOV

Graduated from International University of Kyrgyzstan, Faculty of Diplomacy and International Law with Master’s degree. In 2005, began to work at the Department on International cooperation of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic as a consultant, later promoted to senior consultant and then to an expert and desk officer for International organizations and Western countries. Between 2013 and 2017 served in Azerbaijan (Baku) as a Secretary of Commission on economic cooperation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic speaking countries. In 2017, promoted to Head of the Sector for bilateral and multilateral relations of the Department on International cooperation and Protocol of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic. 2019 -2022 worked as a Counselor of the Third Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Hasan HUSEYNOV

Hasan HUSEYNOV

Graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University, Faculty of International Economic Relations, and Baku State University, Faculty of International Law. Holds a Master of International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State Economic University. In 2003, started as a desk officer and attaché of the State Protocol Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2005 was appointed Third Secretary at the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kars and served until 2008 as Vice Consul. Between 2009 and 2011 worked as a Third Secretary and then as a Second Secretary of the International Law and Treaties Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2011 was appointed Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Swiss Confederation and served until 2014 as a First Secretary. In 2014 was appointed as a First Secretary and then Head of the Division of the First Asian Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2017 until 2021 served the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Estonia as a First Secretary, Counsellor, and Chargé d’ Affairs. In 2021 was appointed as Head of the Division of the International Law and Treaties Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Graduated from Istanbul Aydin University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. Master’s degree on Public Administration (State and local management) at Turan-Astana University. During the 2017-2018 period worked as a Specialist at General Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Istanbul. In 2019 began to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Kazakhstan as a Specialist at the Department of Foreign Economic Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Between 2020-2023 served as Specialist and Attache at the Department of Russia, Caucasus and European CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Art and Culture, BA in International Relations. Holds a master degree of Dublin Institute of Technology, Faculty of Management. In 2013 started his career as an attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Economic Cooperation Department. Between 2014 and 2018 served as Third Secretary on economic and commercial affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Romania. Having returned to Azerbaijan, continued his work at the Economic Cooperation Department of the MFA in 2018-2019. After serving as Second Secretary in the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria in 2019-2023, returned to Baku and worked at the Economic Cooperation Department of MFA as First Secretary. Almagul SERIKBAYEVA

Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree from KIMEP University. Graduated from Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications, with a Master of Science in Journalism degree. Holder of the Paulsen Family Fellowship, Medill Merit Fellowship Scholarship.. In 2023, received a fellowship at the James W. Foley Legacy Foundation. Prior to that, had an internship at the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in San Francisco. In 2022, served as a Social Media Manager at the Press Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Worked as a journalist and content manager at various media organizations, including 7th Channel, Atameken Business, 24KZ, and Informburo.kz. Graduated from School 189 in Baku Azerbaijan -education in English- elementary school, middle school and high school. Studied at the Moscow State Regional University, Department of Philology, Russian Language and Literature Department. Attended advanced English courses at the Leningrad / USSR Technical College and the Faculty of Philology of the Leningrad State University. In 1991 began to work at an official company in St. Petersburg / Russia and worked as officer responsible for accounting for 5 years. Between 2000 and 2010 worked at the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Business Council International Secretariat as Secretary of the Secretary General.
