16th Meeting of the Senior Officials Committee (SOC) of the Turkic Council has started in Istanbul. Issues such as preparations of upcoming 5th Summit of the Turkic Council to be held in Kazakhstan on 9-11 September 2015 as well as other ongoing issues of the Turkic Council will be discussed during the Meeting.
