Following the early Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan the Election Observation Mission of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) made a statement (https://www.turkicstates.org/assets/pdf/haberler/statement-3392-263.pdf) at the briefing on 2 September 2024 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
It was stated that during the Election Day the Mission made observation of 36 polling stations in Baku and Absheron-Khizi, monitored opening and closing of polling stations in the city of Baku.

The Mission shared its conclusions that the elections were conducted in a transparent way, complying with the national law and internationally recognized electoral standards.
