On behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate the entire people of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the occasion of the Independence Day.

During the years of sovereignty, the national aspirations and hopes of the Kyrgyz people came true as the country achieved great success in strengthening its statehood glorifying the country's prestige in the international arena, became an active participant in global integration processes.

Throughout this period, the country was able to preserve its dignity, freedom and independence. Political developments have contributed to Kyrgyzstan's successful building of democratic institutions, enhancing stability and upholding the rule of law.

We deeply believe that the Kyrgyz Republic, as an indispensable part of the Turkic World, will continue to take necessary steps towards a common bright future and to strongly contribute to the further comprehensive deepening of the relations between Turkic peoples based on their brotherhood, centuries-old traditional friendship as well as close strategic cooperation.

On this important occasion, I once again congratulate the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the fraternal people of Kyrgyzstan and wish them peace and prosperity!

We pray for the further prosperity of Kyrgyzstan and the achievement of high goals set by the leadership of Republic.

May the sky over Kyrgyz Republic always be bright and the flag of our unity will always fly high!
