16th Meeting of the Senior Officials Committee (SOC) of the Turkic Council was held in Istanbul on 13-14 August 2015.
On the second day of the meeting, the parties has discussed all the issues concerning the 5th Summit of the Turkic Council to be held in Astana on 9-11 September 2015 and have reached agreement on many subjects.
The next meeting of the Senior Officials Committee (SOC) will take place in Astana this September.
