The 25th SOC Meeting of the Turkic Council chaired by the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Baghdad Amreyev and attended by the delegations consisting of the senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of the related ministries and authorities of the Member and Observer States held on 25-26 February 2021 in Istanbul.
The delegations exchanged views regarding the agenda items of the upcoming Summits of the Turkic Council, as well as the documents to be adopted therein. 
The representatives of the relevant Ministries of the Member States during four simultaneous sessions also discussed the opportunitties for deepening the cooperation in different fields and expressed their views and comments concerning the preapared documents by the Secretariat.
