2nd Coordination Meeting of TURKPA, TURKSOY and Turkic Academy under the auspicies of Turkic Council was held on 22 May 2015 in Astana.
Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, Jandos Asanov, Secretary General of TURKPA, Dusen Kaseinov, Secretary General of TURKSOY, President of the Turkic Academy Darkhan Kydyrali, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly, Adil Akhmedov, Elder of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Koishibayev Gabit, Deputy Director of Asia Cooperation Department from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan participated in the Meeting.
Turkic Council Secretary General Ramil Hasanov gave information about the meetings held during his visit to New York between 11-16 May 2015, about the 2nd Training Program for Junior Diplomats organized in March and the preparations of the upcoming Summit of the Turkic Council which will be held on 11 September 2015 in Kazakhstan as well as relations of the Turkic Council with BM and with other international organizations.
About the activities of TURKPA Secretary General Jandos Asanov, about the activities of TÜRKSOY Secretary General Duisen Kaseinov, About the activities of Turkic Academy President Darkhan Kydyrali gave information.
During the Meeting views on the ways and means of developing cooperation mechanisms among the Turkic Council, TÜRKPA, TÜRKSOY, Turkic Academy and Turkic Culture and Heritage Fund, Joint Action Plan, organization of 2nd Meeting entitled Role of Young Leaders on Intergovernmental Development Process, establishment of cooperation among Diaspora Centers and sister organizations and the guide to be prepared by the Turkic Academy entitled "principles to guide the integration of the Turkic World" was discussed.
The next Coordination Meeting was decided to be held in November 2015 in Istanbul.
