Hosted by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the 5th Meeting of Turkic Council Ministries of Education Senior Officials has started on 4 September 2015 in Astana which will be followed by the 4th Meeting of Turkic Council Ministers of Education on 5 September 2015.
In addition to the senior officials and scientists of the member states, Mr. Darhan Kıdırali President of International Turkic Academy participated in the Meeting. Completion of the preparation of the Common History Book, adoption of concept paper on a student exchange program for primary and secondary grade students as well as contribution of the Turkic Academy to the Turkic World in the field of education will be discussed during the Meeting.
The meeting is moderated by the Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council, Abzal Saparbekuly.
Turkic Council Project Directors, Zamin Aliyev, Asan Mazhitov, Yıldız Uzakova and Pelin Musabay Baki are responsible for the coordination of the Meeting.
