9th Meeting of Council of Elders of the Turkic Council has started in Gabala, Azerbaijan on 6 August 2015 following the tribute and leave of wreath of the participants at the statue of Heydar Aliyev, Great Leader of Azerbaijan.
Honorable Elders of the member states, representatives from the embassies as well as members of press are attending to the Meeting.
