Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov visited the incident place at Merasim Street in Ankara and left carnations in memory of the martyrs who lost their lives during the treacherous terrorist attack that took place on 17 February 2016.
Secretary General Hasanov said that ‘we commemorate with deep respect and mercy all the martyrs who lost their lives in all kinds of terrorist attacks and at massacres like Khojaly which resulted in slaughter of defenseless civilians and strongly hope that similar tragic incidents will never reoccur.`
