Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, Secretary General of the Turkic Council is paying an official visit to Madrid upon the invitation of Taleb Rifai, Secretary General of United Nations World Tourism Organization in order to participate at the activities of UNWTO within the context of FITUR 2016 and also to have several other meetings. In the framework of his official visit to Madrid, the Secretary General participated in the “Commemoration Ceremony of Martyrs of January 20th, 1990” held at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Madrid on January 19, 2016.
Secretary General Hasanov delivered a speech at the Ceremony attended by Ambassadors accredited in Madrid, businessmen and representatives of varios non-governmental organizations and stated that he commemorates all the Martyrs with deep respect and gratitude, who lost their lives during the tragic events took place on January 20, 1990.
