On the margins of his visit to Vienna to address the Permanent Council of the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov visited Ambassador Vuk Žugić, Chairperson of the Permanent Council of the OSCE on 22 July 2015 in Vienna.

At the meeting, Secretary General Hasanov gave information to Ambassador Zugic on the activities and projects of the Turkic Council concerning its increasing relations with international and regional organizations.

On the occasion of the meeting, Secretary General Hasanov congratulated the 40th anniversary of Helsinki Final Act that presents an everlasting document that the international community needs to continuously take into account its principles. Accordingly, he wished success to ongoing OSCE Serbian Chairmanship for its efforts to materialize the Helsinki 40 + Process that will revive the Helsinki Final Act spirit.

During the meeting, the Parties discussed the ways and means for the development of relations between the Turkic Council and the OSCE on the issues of common interest throughout the Serbian Chairmanship. At the end of the meeting, Secretary General Hasanov presented a souvenir to Ambassador Zugic in the memory of the meeting.

Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul and Project Director Pelin Musabay Baki were present at the meeting.
