An expert meeting concerning the prospective establishment of the Center of Nomadic Civilization in Kyrgyzstan was held on July 2015 in Cholpon-Ata.
President of the International Turkic Academy Prof. Dr. Darhan Kydyrali, the representative of International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) in Kyrgyzstan Kojageldi Kuluev, the representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyz Republic, as well as several Kyrgyz scholars took part in the meeting where the parties discussed the Concept Paper of the prospective Center of Nomadic Civilization.
Project Directors of the Turkic Council Zamin Alyiev ve Yıldız Uzakova were present at the said meeting.
