Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Kuandyk Turgankulov, who is the member of the Istanbul team of the Turkic Council Election Observation International Mission Headed by the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, to monitor the 25th Parliamentary Elections of the Republic of Turkey, visited Turkic Council Secretariat premises on 8 June 2015 and met with Mr. Abzal Saparbekuly, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council.
