Chairman of Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Binali Yıldırım visited the Republic of Turkmenistan on 25 March 2022.
In Ashgabat, H.E. Binali Yıldırım was received by the President of Turkmenistan, H.E. Serdar Berdimuhamedow, and Chairperson of the People’s Council of Turkmenistan H.E. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow where Parties exchanged views on the bilateral relations, cooperation between the Turkic States, especially in economy and transport.
H.E. Yıldırım also congratulated H.E. Serdar Berdimuhamedow on his election as the president and wished him success in his new position. President of Turkmenistan thanked H.E. Yıldırım for the participation of the representatives of the Organization of Turkic States as an observer in the recently held presidential elections.
OTS Deputy Secretary General Omer Kocaman also accompanied the Chairman in Ashgabat.
