Member of Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and Chairman of the Turkiye-Kyrgyzstan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group Sabri Öztürk paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev on December 1, 2022 at the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.
At the meeting, MP Sabri Öztürk congratulated H.E. Omuraliev for his appointment to the post of Secretary General of the Organization by Heads of State at the OTS Summit in Samarkand held on 11 November 2022 and wished him success during his term in office.
Mr Öztürk praised the Secretary General for his contributions to Turkish-Kyrgyz relations, in particular for enhancing cooperation between the Parliaments of two brotherly countries as well as supporting the activities of Turkiye-Kyrgyzstan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, while serving as the Ambbasador of Kyrgyz Republic in Ankara.
Secretary General thanked Mr. Öztürk and expressed appreciation for the visit.
