Minister of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Donakov along with senior officials of the Ministry visited the Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 3rd Joint Training Program on 30 May 2016.
The guest lecturer Minister Donakov delivered a lecture on topic "Civil Sevice Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan", interacted with the junior diplomats and answered their questions.
