Closing Ceremony started with the address of the Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, who stated the importance of such a program in terms of future professional relationships of the junior diplomats. The Secretary General also underlined the rich content of the program and stated that the program was very successful in that sense. In his speech, he expressed his gratitude to those who contributed to the organization of the program, especially the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Nazarbayev University. Finally, he wished success to the young diplomats and expressed hope that the next junior diplomats training program will be successful as well.
After the speech of the Secretary General, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akylbek Kamaldinov, President of Nazarbayev University Shigeo Katsu and President of the Turkic Academy Prof. Dr. Darhan Kydyrali took the floor and addressed their speeches to the audience.
The prominent speakers touched upon the significance of organizing such events emphasizing their contribution to the future relationships between the states and relationships in the framework of the Turkic Council.
After the speeches, Secretary General Hasanov and Deputy Minister Kamaldinov gave certificates to the junior diplomats who participated in the training program and wished success in their future undertakings.
Ambassador of Hungary to Astana Andras Baranyi and the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to Astana Cholponai Adzhimatova took part in the closing ceremony. The representatives of the embassies attended the closing ceremony after participating in the "Ambassadors Sessions" with junior diplomats where they shared their diplomatic experiences with the young diplomats in an interactive way. Besides, Ambassador of Hungary to Astana Andras Baranyi and the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to Astana Cholponai Adzhimatova, the Ambassadors of Azerbaijan and Turkey to Astana Rashad Mammadov, and Nevzat Uyanık also attended the morning "Ambassadors Sessions".
After the closing ceremony the group of young diplomats will continue with their cultural program in Shymkent, Turkestan and Almaty. The program will end on 5 June 2016 in Almaty.
