The ceremony was started with the Ambassadorial Session where the Ambassador of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Khazar Ibrahim, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, H.E.Mr. Abzal Saparbekkuly, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, H.E. Mr. Ibrahim Junusov, Councellor of the Embassy of Uzbekistan, Mr. Babur Tagayev, Ms.Burcu Çevik, Deputy Director General of the Diplomacy Academy and Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council shared their experiences with the junior diplomats.

They also emphasized the importance of such a program in terms of future professional contacts, as well as contribution to the relations among states and relations in the framework of the Turkic Council.    

Deputy  Secretary General Ömer Kocaman in his closing remarks underlined the rich content of the program and expressed his gratitude to those who contributed to the organization of the program, especially to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomacy Academy of the Republic of Turkey.

Following the speeches, the Ambassadors and senior officials wished junior diplomats success in their future endeavors and awarded them with certificates of the Turkic Council.

The Program will continue in Istanbul with visits to the Secretariat of the Turkic Council as well as other historical sites such as Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sofia Mosque, Topkapı Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Dolmabahçe Palace on 5-6 July 2018.
