The International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for Development co-organized by the Turkic Council, the UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and the CIS (UNDP-RBEC) is concluded with success.
The two days Conference brought together high level participants at the level of Minister and Vice-Minister from the Turkic Council Member States as well as other regional states including Moldova and Afghanistan and representatives of international and regional organizations, UNDP Country Offices, academia and private sector. After the Conference at the participants of the conference attended interactive brainstorming session where the they had discussions on the main issues of the three panels of the conference as well as put forward ideas to develop future solutions from the shared experiences.
The Conference ended with the closing remarks of Jan Harfst, Chief of Country Office Support Team, UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and CIS and Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General, Turkic Council.
