Through its successful state building economic development and mounting prosperity attained as the result of the pivotal and constructive policies of the First President, the Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as its outstanding achievements in the international arena, Kazakhstan takes firm steps forward a bright future under the astute leadership of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart Tokayev.
Located at the heart of the Turkic world and rising on the foundations of centuries-old deep-rooted civilization, Kazakhstan is blessed with the mightness of the Great Steppe and the blessings and prayers of monumental figures such as Hodja Ahmad Yasawi and the spirit of Turkistan. Therefore, the development and progress of Kazakhstan, the welfare of the Kazakh people are source of pride and happiness for the entire Turkic world.
On this very day, I also would like to express our appreciation for the significant role of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the strengthening of relations between the fraternal Turkic peoples and the institutional potential of the Organization of Turkic States.
The valuable contributions of Kazakhstan continued at the 8th Leaders' Summit held in Istanbul last month, during which historic decisions that will carry our Organization to the future were taken by our Heads of State on many issues previously proposed by Kazakhstan.
I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate once again that we will do our best to attain success in line with our goals and work with full capacity, first for the benefit of our countries, our region as well as the whole world.
With these feelings, I wish the brotherly people of Kazakhstan new successes and progress, happiness and joy, as well as peace, prosperity and harmony to the entire Turkic world.
