On behalf of the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States and my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations to the entire Turkmen people on the occasion of the Neutrality Day of Turkmenistan.
The status of permanent neutrality and constructive interaction with partners based on consistent and progressive cooperation are the main components of Turkmen foreign policy success, which has generated the international community's ongoing support.
With an increased involvement of Turkmenistan, Organization of Turkic States will further expand its regional potential in joint cooperation efforts and become even more active in strengthening of cooperative spirit aimed to respond the common challenges that our world and region face.
On this important occasion, I once again congratulate the fraternal people of Turkmenistan and wish them peace and prosperity!
