I have gladly learned the appointment of Mr. Kairat Abdrakhmanov as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I would like to congratulate Mr. Kairat Abdrakhmanov on behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf and state that, it is no doubt with his experience and knowledge the successful foreign policy of Kazakhstan as well as activities carried out within the Turkic Council with the support of all its member countries including Kazakhstan, will continue successfully as it has been until now.
I also would like to express my gratitude for working with Mr. Abdrakhmanov during his previous posts as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations and as the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Vienna and I wish this existing cooperation will grow and strengthen.
Taking this opportunity, I once again convey my sincere congratulations and wish him success in his new post.
