On the occasion of October 23 that commemorates the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, I would like to convey my congratulations together with my sincere wishes for the continued development and prosperity of our Observer State Hungary and its people.

As an Observer Member, Hungary dynamically takes part in all the activities of our Organization and thus became an essential part of the Turkic World in a very short period of time.

We proudly and gladly follow the enhancing activities and accomplishments of our European Representation Office in Budapest. Thanks to the efforts of both the European Office and Hungary, we observe that the recognition and visibility of our Organization in Europe has improved extremely.

Based on solid foundations stemming from our deep-rooted ties, our partnership with Hungary will continue to build up in the years ahead and we will work together with more commitment and responsibility for the security, peace and prosperity of our peoples and regions.

On the occasion of this important day, I congratulate our Observer Member State Hungary and the Hungarian people once again and extend my heartfelt greetings.
