Being the symbol of their independence and sovereignty, the flags of our Member States, which gave life and blood to the common flag of the Turkic Council, also honor our office in Istanbul and always add strength to our work.
On this remarkable day, I wish our member state, the current chair, the Republic of Azerbaijan to prosper forever and its flag to wave always over the sky of Azerbaijan.
Taking this opportunity, I wish unity and solidarity to the whole Turkic World.
