This year marks the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s declaration of Independence, throughout which the relations between the Turkic Council and Turkmenistan were stimulated, and the Turkic world and Turkmenistan entered into more intensive cooperation. As the Turkic Council, I would like to express our pleasure to witness further development of our mutual relations. I am confident that by advancing our joint efforts, Turkic Speaking States will be able to transfer bilateral and multilateral cooperation to a qualitatively new level.
On the occasion of this important day, I wish friendly and brotherly Turkmenistan, its people and all the Turkic world, peace, prosperity and a bright future.
