I congratulate with my sincere wishes the commencement of the International Turkic Academy, which is the science and research center of the Turkic World, carrying out its efforts for cooperation in these fields with dedication.
Turkic Academy that was officially founded in 2012 by Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey as an international organization under the aegis of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council),  is performing scientific researches on the language, literature, culture, history of Turkic people and evaluating the contribution of the Turkic civilization to the human civilization based on indigenous sources. 
Nowadays the Turkic Academy continues the coordination, cooperation and research activities, issues scientific publications and contributes to the promotion of the scientific treasure of the Turkic world. 
In accordance with the decisions of the Heads of State, the Turkic History Common Textbook has reached its final stage, the studies of the Common Geography and Literature Textbooks are also being carried out by the Academy.
We hope that the Turkic Academy will continue its studies and publications and ensure beneficial works for the Turkic world.
I congratulate once again all the personnel of the Academy and convey my best wishes for their long-lasting services.
