I wholeheartedly congratulate Head of the most important cooperation institutions of the Turkic World, the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), Mr. Dusen Kasseinov, who was deemed worthy of the Karic Brothers Award, which is among the most prestigious awards of Serbia.
We are all proud that this award, which is given annually for the highest achievements and humanitarian activity to strengthen international peace, cooperation and friendship, is presented to my friend Kaseinov, who has outstanding and enormous services in promoting the cultural heritage, music and art of the Turkic nations and peoples to the whole world.
On this significant occasion, I sincerely wish my dear brother, Dusen Kaseinov every success in his future endeavors.
