On behalf of the Turkic Council and on behalf of my own, I extend sincere congratulations to HE Novruz Mammadov on his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I am confident that his personal knowledge of the structure and interlocking nature of the Azerbaijani public apparatus, as well as his valuable experience as a statesman and scholar, will lead to the further blossoming of the country.
His close monitoring and involvement in the activities of the Turkic Council along with the commitment and dedication aimed to enhance the cooperation among the brotherly Turkic Speaking States come to be an invaluable input to the common cause of bringing together the Turkic peoples.
Given this opportunity, I once again would like to congratulate the new Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan HE Novruz Mammadov and wish him and all Azerbaijani people peace, prosperity, and happiness.
