On behalf of the Turkic Council and myself, I would like to convey my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 16th December, the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Republic of Kazakhstan has achieved a strong position in the geopolitical system and has been a source of prestige for the whole Turkic world owing to the successful policies, intensive development work and important reforms implemented under the decisive leadership of Elbashi Nursultan Nazarbayev.
As the Turkic Council we share the same excitement and happiness with brotherly people of Kazakhstan on the 26th Anniversary of its Independence.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to congratulate once again the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and wish peace, prosperity and happiness to the brotherly and friendly people of Kazakhstan and to the entire Turkic World.
