The Republic of Turkey with its foreign policy understanding, based on peace, solidarity, justice and prosperity in the world and vision upholding human rights and freedoms above everything else, has constituted the grounds for revitalizing common legacy of Turkic States, strengthened the values rooting from our historical heritage, as well as deepened the cooperation in many areas ranging from foreign policy to economy in the Turkic world within the challenging world conjuncture.
As the Turkic Council, we are deeply convinced that only with the continuous support of our Member States and with friendly and fraternal relations among our nations based on the common historical and cultural grounds, it will be possible to further develop mutually beneficial relations in various platforms under the umbrella of the Turkic Council.
We look forward to further strengthening the ties between our countries through shared efforts in pursuit of a peaceful and prosperous future for the Turkic world.
With such thoughts, I congratulate once again the Republic Day of Turkey and wish peace, prosperity and solidarity to the Turkish nation as well as to all Turkic peoples around world.
