Being the historical figure who laid the foundation of a new independent state that ensured the unity of Kazakhstan, the shelter of the Constitution, human rights and peace today the name of Elbasy Nazarbayev is pronounced along with such ideologies as Sovereignty, Independence, Motherland and Unity.
Due to his wise leadership and responsible foreign policy the stability and social harmony have become a solid basis for the growth of the country's international prestige. The First President has joined the statuses of world leaders who define the latest path of history, and today he is rightly called the Leader of the Nation - Elbasy. Thanks to his strong strategy and visionary goals, Kazakhstan has successfully overcome potential difficulties and obstacles and become a modern, competitive country that has implemented a wide range of political, economic and social reforms and found its own way of development.
In addition, the Founding Head of Kazakhstan is a recognized as spiritual leader of the Turkic World and the Kazakh steppe is considered to be the common ancestral home of the Turkic peoples. We hope that the ideas and projects of the Honorary Chairman of the Turkic Council and the Great Leader will continue to strengthen the efforts of the Turkic nations.
On this auspicious day, I wish good health, happiness and new achievements to His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev, peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of Kazakhstan and to the entire Turkic World.
