On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and myself, I would like to convey my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ever since gained its Independence, the Republic of Kazakhstan with balanced policies, hard work and important reforms carried out under the decisive leadership of Elbashi Nursultan Nazarbayev, have achieved a strong position in the geopolitical system within a short period of time, which has been a source of pride for the whole Turkic world.
As we celebrate in this period, the 25th Anniversary of Independence with great enthusiasm, as the Turkic Council, we share the same excitement and happiness with brotherly Kazakh people.
Taking this opportunity, on behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and myself, I would like to congratulate once again the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and I wish peace, prosperity and happiness to the brotherly and friendly people of Kazakhstan and to the entire Turkic World.
