Prior to the Fifth Meeting of the Ministers of Customs of the Turkic Council due to take place on 3 June 2016 in Baku, Secretary General Of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov and Heads of delegations participating in this meeting, visited and laid a wreath on the mausoleum of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Following that the delegation also visited Martyr’s Alley and Turkish Martyrdom in Baku, laid wreaths and prayed for all the martyrs.
