Deputies Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly and Dr. Ömer Kocaman visited Dr. Cezmi Bayram President of the İstanbul Branch of Türk Ocakları on 14 February 2017.
During the meeting, the parties evaluated the current problems of the Turkic World and opportunities for cooperation among the two organizations, as well as exchanged information about the work being conducted by their institutions.
