Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly is participating in the OIC Young Leaders Summit with the theme of ‘Unity in Action for Development, Peace and Justice’ organized between 12-13 April 2016 in Istanbul.
The Young Leaders Summit is organized within the framework of the official programme of the OIC Summit of Heads of States under the auspices of H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Turkey.
The opening ceremony of the Young Leaders Summit is attended by the Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Turkic Council Member States, Mr. Akif Çağatay Kılıç (Turkey) and Mr. Azad Rahimov (Azerbaijan) as well as the young leaders from the Turkic world.
