Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Mr. Abzal Saparbekuly, met with Mr. Murat Karakaya, General Manager of the Directorate General of Press and Information of the Prime Ministry of Turkey and  Secretary General of  Media Platform of Turkish-Speaking Communities (TÜRKMEP) at the premises of Turkic Council Secretariat on 23 October 2014. During the meeting, possible areas of cooperation between the Turkic Counicl and TÜRKMEP was discussed. Mr. Saparbekuly gave information on the Turkic Council activities towards media cooperation which will be the main theme of the 5th Summit to be held in Kazakhstan.
