Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman met with Head of Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov.
Within the framework of his visit to attend the “Taza Koom” (Temiz Toplum) International Forum organized by the Kyrgyz Government, Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman met with Head of Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov on 11 June 2017 in Bishkek.

Head of Presidency expressed appreciation of Dr. Kocaman’s visit to Kyrgyzstan and thanked Secretariat for rendering support for Kyrgyz Government’s endeavors including the digital transformation program “Taza Koom”. The Head of Presidency Isakov also expressed the need to make Kyrgyzstan an Internet hub, which will be a great stimulus and create extra opportunities for countries in the region.

Deputy Secretary General Kocaman informed that the current efforts of Kyrgyzstan is an important step on the way to the digital future of the country adding that the Secretariat can cooperate in the implementation of some projects in the scope of the “Taza Koom” program.

Stressing the need to use the experience of other Turkic Council member states in the development of high technologies, he also expressed his readiness to take up the organization of a special business forum so as to actively attract investors to the said project.
