Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman participated in the National Day Celebrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan organized within the context of Expo 2016 Antalya – International Botanical Expo on 1 June 2016.
Program started with the speeches of Country Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Mr. Anar Alakbarov, General Commissioner of Expo 2016 Antalya Ambassador, Erdoğan Kök and Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Faiq Bagirov.
The event continued with visit to the garden of Turkey and opening of the gardenof Azerbaijan. This was followed by a national dance show, Mugam and performance of Azerbaijani national musical instruments.
