    Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council, Mr. Abzal Saparbekuly participated in the 4th Meeting of the Commission on Economic Cooperation of TURKPA that was held on 10 November 2014 in Astana. The main item on agenda was "Cooperation in developing the energy sector".
