The Deputy Secretary General Saparbekuly addressed to the participants of the Fifth International Festival of Architectural, Civil Engineering and Design Schools of Eurasia, which is being held held on 8-9 December 2015 in Florence, Italy.
During his speech, Saparbekuly conveyed the greetings from the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov and briefed on the goals, initiatives and recent activities of the Council.
Following the speech, an introductory film of the Council was also viewed. Among the organizers of the event are TURKSOY, KazGASA and "Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco" of Florence, Italy.
Accompanied by Project Directors Assan Mazhitov and Mehmet Şefik Yurtçiçek, Saparbekuly had a bilateral meeting with the Secretary General of the said foundation, Simone Giometti on the sidelines of the event.
