Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly is attending "Ontustik Tourism -2016" International Tourism Forum that is being held on 6-7 October 2016 in the administrative center of the South Kazakhstan Region the city of Shymkent.
Turkic Council provides support in the organization of the forum.
After the congratulatory address from the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization Taleb Rifai, with which the forum has started, Deputy Secretary General wished success to the forum organization on behalf of the Secretary General of the Turkic Council and addressed to the participants highlighting the support of the Turkic Council in the event.
At the Silk Road session, he also made a presentation on the Turkic Council Modern Silk Road Tour Package Project, impediments in the tourism sector and the steps to be taken to overcome them.
National and international experts in the field of tourism and heads of foreign missions located in Kazakhstan were among the guests to the forum.
