Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly participated in the reception organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ankara on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 1 December 2016.
