Doctorate Degree conferring ceremony is organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) on 3 March 2015 in Ankara, in honour of the President of Turkmenistan, H.E. Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov, who is paying an official visit to Turkey.
Project Director Ali Çiviler represented Turkic Council at the ceremony.
