    Dr. Ömer Kocaman is reappointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council.
    At the 6th Summit of the Turkic Council held at Çolpon Ata on 3 September 2018, Dr. Ömer Kocaman was reappointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council by Heads of State. As the Secretariat, we congratulate Dr. Ömer Kocaman and wish continuation of his successful work in the new period within the Council.
