Final Meeting of Experts on the draft Textbook of Common Turkic History till 15th century under the auspices of the International Turkic Academy is concluded on 27 September 2017 with a press conference attended by the Turkic Council delegation headed by Deputy Secretary General Dr. Omer Kocaman.
Experts and representatives of the Member States have reviewed amendments and agreed on the final version of the Common Turkic History Textbook which will contribute to the better understanding of our common history.
Deputy Secretary General expressed his appreciation to the International Turkic Academy and the Parties for their valuable contributions for the elaboration of the textbook and praised the concept of Common Turkic Geography and Literature Textbooks that will bring closer the young generations of the Turkic world.
Deputy Secretary General was accompanied by Turkic Council Project Directors Zhylduz Uzakova, Ozge Pan, Farid Damirli and Yedil Myrzakhanov.
