He shared his extensive experience as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey during the historical events after the Cold War era; the collapse of the Soviet Union and the emergence of the Turkic Speaking States. He also gave exclusive information about his contacts with high-level officials of the Turkic Republics and answered the questions of the junior diplomats.
