Today, H.E. Adil Akhmatov Member of the Council of Elders of the Turkic Council gave a lecture on the topic of Kazakhstan in geopolitics of the World for the participants of the Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 4th Training program which started on 3 July 2017 in Bishkek.
He touched upon Kazakhstan’s achievements as a regional power since its independence and contribution to the Turkic cooperation as well as being an effective mediator in international conflict resolution issues. Besides that he shared his personal academic experience as a linguist on a preferred Latin alphabet for Kazakhstan and for other Turkic Speaking States.
The diplomats also enjoyed the lecture on a topic “Extremism, Radicalism, Terrorism and Regional Security in Contemporary International Politics” by Vladimir Sergevnin, Professor from Western Illinois University, USA.
