The Heydar Aliyev Turkic World Scholarship Program is organized jointly by the Organization of Turkic States, Ibn Haldun University (Türkiye), and the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul (Azerbaijan).
The primary goal of this program is to nurture future leaders and thinkers who view the Turkic World as a cohesive whole, building upon shared civilization and cultural heritage to shape a common future.
As part of this scholarship program, a commission formed by the Organization of Turkic States and Ibn Haldun University will select by one student from the Member States and Observers of the OTS. These students will pursue graduate education at Ibn Haldun University.
